    i am the single mother of 15yrs with three young adults my oldest son joseph is 21 my daughter dianna is 18yrs and my youngest just turned 17 yesturday! As a family we have been thru a great many heartaches n brakes we have lost everything more than once their father was a drinker n gambler we didnt just lose the house n all our things sadly we also lost each other as we were trying to deal with our daugther being molested by my ex husband omg we didnt know how to make things right or how to deal with all that followed with courts moving over n over because we were chased out of many towns because of death threats braking in our home when we were gone they tries to pick up my kids n take off with em long story short my kids need a homebase that they will always be safe n can come home to i need a family badly to take in injuried wildlife and all types so we may all heal animal and my family aike once and for all please pick us we so may finally stay in one spot from now on

    This is a wonderful chance that we could get a dream house. I’m currently undergoing chemo for breast cancer. I’m 35 years old with a loving husband and 2 beautiful children. We currently live in a ranch house and my dream house has always been a 2 story home with beautiful glass doors to be able to watch the kids play in the fenced in backyard.     That money will be heavily taxed by the IRS. Probably wouldn’t even be able to pay rent on an apartment with what’s left over.

    Being gifted a huge house would ruin a regular person’s financial status. Any gift above the value of 10k will be taxed MONSTROUSLY by the IRS. All those people who won cars on oprah and such ended up having to sell them because they couldn’t afford the huge tax on the vehicle. I’d vote for working hard and saving a nest egg to buy your own house – there is no such thing as a free ANYTHING in America.
